AlarmCare UK has access to hundreds of Instructions relating to your Alarm system. If you are missing instructions for your system then why not contact AlarmCare UK and ask to see of a copy of your User Instructions are available? Available from £5.00 per copy.

Unfortunately we cannot provide Engineering Instructions to non-trade people due to Health & Safety regulations. A full list of manufacturers and model numbers are available if required.

The support for ageing Security Alarm Systems in the domestic area was virtually non-existent, with most of the younger Alarm businesses, immediately offering newer, more expensive systems almost immediately when they came across a system they had never seen before. In a lot of cases these were and still are systems that can be bought off the shelf at DIY superstores that are, in essence DIY systems. Therefore, doing the customer a dis-service.

AlarmCare UK will maintain and service almost any system no matter what the age. We currently have systems being maintained that are 35 years old and more under maintenance and are still working well today.

With the ability to pay for the Service contract on a monthly basis, the customers situation is again being taken into consideration, with monthly premiums starting as little as £5.00 per month.

Repairs: First and foremost it is our aim to keep a system working efficiently until there is no other alternative, other than replace it
